Alan Sherrill.jpeg

Alan Sherrill is a graduate from North Carolina State University, where he received a Bachelors degree in Visual Art. Originally from Charlotte, Alan was born and raised on the typical standard American diet. However, it wasn’t until halfway through college that he realized his diet and lifestyle were taking him on an accelerated curve in the wrong direction. Instead of following the crowd and becoming a statistic, he decided to take his health into his own hands, and seek a different path. After 7 plus years of researching and experimenting with various diets, he is now a certified health coach, and the owner of a small organic farm in Kings Mountain, NC. His produce can be found at various health food stores, restaurants, and farmers markets throughout the greater Charlotte area. When he is not outside playing in the dirt, his main passion is empowering people with the knowledge to take their health back into their own hands, showing how people can use their own ability to reverse aging, regenerate their lives, and heal themselves through proper nutrition and lifestyle. Ultimately, teaching people how to thrive in an ever increasingly toxic world. Alan's depth of knowledge and his passion to teach others is an integral component of Pop Up Produce's education component for our community outreach.
