- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 Tablespoon dried or fresh mint
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- Baking + Spices:
- 1/8 teaspoon coriander
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups water, boiled

Boil water and pour over bulgur and garlic.
Cover and let sit until grain fully absorbs water.
Fluff Bulgur and add remaining ingredients
