Kale Chips

  • Produce: 
    • 1 bunch kale
  • Oils + Vinegars:
    • Olive Oil
  • Baking + Spices (optional): 
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Garlic Granules
    • Nutritional Yeast
    • Red Pepper Flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  2. Strip kale into large bite size pieces, in a large bowl.
  3. Coat evenly with olive oil.
  4. Add optional; salt, pepper, garlic granules, nutritional yeast, red pepper flakes.
  5. Mix well and lay out flat on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake 18 minutes, or until dried and crispy.
